DO NOT PURCHASE OR FINANCE A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

Jamie, the head guy, is a crook and a con-artist. He is rude with his customers, talks to them like trash, he refuses to work with you if you are un-able to make payments even for a week. They neglect to inform you that if you are two weeks behind on payments that they will repo your vehicle EVEN IF YOU HAVE CALLED AND SAID YOU'RE COMING IN TO MAKE THE PAYMENT!!! To make their business even better if they do send out their repo team and your car IS NOT repoed, they still charge you for the repo. Not to mention all their vehicles look nice and run good for a while, but I have been dealing with these people for years and have had at least 6 vehicles from them and each one the transmission went out after 6 months. The place was much better when Kevin worked there, now it's just a scam. And the cute little secretary Jennifer is rude, obnoxious, and very snippy. Everyone that works there is just cruel, cold hearted and only concerned with themselves.Jamie also loves to embarrass you in front of large groups of people if you fall behind on payments. If you're willing to be raped blind financially and be treated like a dog and lied to, then by all means this is the place you should buy your next car!!!!

Start paying all your bills on time so that you can get a loan from a real bank and not some little finance company. Then you want have to purchase a car from a buy here pay dealer and pay three times what the car is worth!

You financed 6 vehicles from this place over a long period of time and are just now slamming the owner? Laugh my f--king ass off. This place is for people (like you) who have lousy credit. No one made you buy vehicles there. Pay your damn bills and you won't have a problem. Cold hearted? No one owes you anything in life. You signed a contract to buy a car thru their financing so pay your damn payments on time and stop the crying.

thanks for all the lovely comments :) my car is still in my driveway therefor i obviously never had a problem paying my bills, but thanks for the advice!! the 6 cars deal, weird right? once you sign a contract you have to pay until the debt is cleared...if the vehicle doesn't work, you're still signed to a contract, they give u a different car, you still have to pay. thanks all and have a wonderful day!!

Not to bash them but back in 09 we purchased a nissan exterra from them. $500 down and $400 a month. It looked great sitting in the lot, glossy black paint and loaded features. It ran good for about 4 months until the cold seasons approached then we started to use the heater. After we started using the heater we started noticing an odd smell and turns out that radiator fluid was leaking into the passenger floorboard. Upon that we had a local mechanic look at it and some jackass had put a spark plug in one of the heater hoses to block it off and that caused one of the lines to corrode and cause spillage which explains the leak in the floorboard. Got that fixed and they denied that it was them that rigged it that way and shortly after the heads cracked so we just took it back. Never purchasing from them again.

I love how your story is a coincidence considering i had family that purchased an exterra from them around that time. However we didnt have the best experience, just glad that its in the past and that he's updated his inventory. Funny part is that im in the process of making them a commercial for television and now this pops up put two and two together... Its making it appear that i posted this (joseph's comment), especially since i brought up topix the other way while i was up there filming. Asides from all the false claims about jamie and jennifer i can honestly say that they arent selling drugs out of their company.

To be fair, most dealers don't look at the hoses to see if someone stuck a spark plug in them. What makes you think that they're the ones who put it there?

Do NOT buy from this place unless you have alot of money to spend. I went there because I thought (key word being thought) they had good deals, on their internet they show decent prices for their vehicles and fair down pymts, but the reality of this place is the prices they show you on the internet are their cash prices. We went in to purchase a 2000 isuzu rodeo that we thought we were getting a good deal on which was 3995, but when after everything was said and done, that 4000 dollar rodeo ended up being 9000. Therefore, we decided to take our business some place else.
