Obama is such a tool. He thinks he's smart. Romney has the grades and experience to prove it. Obama still won't release his college transcripts or papers he wrote.... Wonder why??? Because he's a socialist and a moron who got where he is by slacking. That's what he wants the USA to be, a nation of slackers. Everybody spread the wealth around and nobody really try to be a winner, we are all winners. Everybody gets a participation trophy even if you don't help,we are all a part of the team.

The Rethugs are so desperate to cover for their hoof-in-mouth candidate they ignore stats and facts. And once again, why is Mitt paying a lower percentage in taxes than the majority of Americans? Because he is a leech, living off the middle class, that's why.

Romney was taped without his knowledge talking to some rich donors. He told them that he wasn't concerned with 47%-48% of the population. The ones that don't pay Federal taxes. That would include seniors on ss. the disabled and some returning war veterans. etc.

He thinks middle income is between $200,000-$250,000. WoW! That man never lived in West Tennessee! I guess when you have a net worth of maybe $264 million, you are really out of touch!

He wants to be President of us all but he has been taped twice now saying he isn't concerned with the poor! So folks, if you make under $200,000.....you are poor and Mitt isn't concerned with you because you're a free loader.

He thinks his money can buy him the White House but he may have another think coming!

At this point I would vote for a dog if it was the only thing running against Obama. He can stick both feet in his big mouth and I will still vote for him because he beats the alternative of what we have in office now.

Isn't it something that Romney wanted 10 years worth of tax returns from the ones he was vetting to be his V.P.
Paul Ryan turned over his 10 years worth to satisfy Mitt's request but Mitt won't turn over his tax returns to us, the American voter who want to see 'his' returns!
well then

Obama took years to turn over his birth certificate and never has turned over his college grades or papers he wrote. He has given speeches talking about him believing in redistribution of wealth which is atleast socialist. Obama even had communist working in his white house. But that doesn't matter cuz Romney was successful and how dare he do that without government help. How dare a person work hard and succeed. Audacity of some people to have an American dream and making it come true!!!

I am more interested in seeing the Fast and Furious documents that Obama's DOJ is hiding than I am 10 years worth of Romney's tax returns.

An internal Department of Justice investigation cleared Attorney General Eric Holder of wrongdoing in the “Fast and Furious” operation, a program that came under fire in an investigation led by California congressman Rep. Darrell Issa (R), who alleged that Holder’s negligence had botched the operation. According to Talking Points Memo, Holder released a statement slamming the investigation as a “baseless” waste of time and resources.

Check out the growing list of
prominent Republicans who want nothing to do with Romney’s derisive,
sneering attack on nearly half of the American people.

1. Susana Martinez (R-NM)

The governor of New Mexico knows her state won’t be won through a
hard-right campaign strategy, which is likely why she’s disavowing
Romney’s write-off of 47 percent of the county. Martinez said of
Romney’s comments that “New Mexico has many people who are living at
the poverty level and their votes count just as much as anyone else.”
Where her policy is concerned, though, Martinez isn’t quite as
compassionate to the working poor or those who need government
assistance. She has cut food stamps, and insinuated Democrats believe
welfare is a “way of life.”

2. Scott Brown (R-MA)

Brown’s campaign for re-election with Elizabeth Warren has been one of
the most closely-watched, and hotly contested, in the country. Losing
any voters over the comments of his party’s standard-bearer might cost
him the race. So Brown ditched Romney in a statement Tuesday, saying,
“That’s not the way I view the world.”

3. Linda McMahon (R-CT)

Like Romney, McMahon is extremely wealthy and has been accused of
being out-of-touch. In her largely Democratic state of Connecticut,
that narrative won’t get her elected, so she’s decided to chastize
Romney for his 47 percent comments, saying, simply,“I disagree with
Governor Romney’s insinuation that 47% of Americans believe they are
victims who must depend on the government for their care.” McMahon
might say she disagrees, but she’s previously said that “Forty-seven
percent of the people today don’t pay any taxes.”

4. Dean Heller (R-NV)

Senator Heller told POLITICO that he doesn’t “view the world the same
way” as Mitt Romney when it comes to the 47 percent dividing line.
“Every vote in Nevada counts,” he said.“Every vote. And as a United
States senator, my job is represent every one of those votes, whether
they voted for me or against me.”

5. Ovide Lamontagne (R-NH)

Lamontagne, the gubernatorial candidate from New Hampshire, said in
response to Romney’s comments,“There’s no 47 percent in New Hampshire
as far as I’m concerned.”

6. Mark Meadows (R-NC)

In a statement similar to Lamontagne’s, the North Carolina
Congressional candidate Mark Meadows said,“I’m concerned about all
750,000 people… I am here to represent the people of this district,”
jokingly adding,“It might come as a surprise, but Mitt Romney didn’t
call me before he made those comments and ask for my advice.”

So it is ok with you that 14 people who are directly under Holder were implicated in the F&F screw up and he knew nothing about it? How is that acceptable to you no matter what your party affiliation? A man died over a hair-brained scheme this DOJ devised and those people are directly under Holder. In the real world if this happened the leader of the department would be held responsible. A leader should know what his or her people are doing. How do you excuse that? Holder is still being held in contempt. He still hasn't released documents and he still is being sued over this debacle. Quit playing partisan politics and look at what is going on in the DOJ. Isn't that more important than more than 2 years of tax returns?

Paul Ryan is an avid follower of Ayn Rand, an atheist philosopher who believed that selfishness is a virtue. Her books are required reading for all of Ryan's Congressional staff. He has spoken at Ayn Rand meetings. This speaks volumes about his politics. Mitt Romney is out to help the wealthy, he just needs the middle class's votes or he cant win. I dont believe a word that man says.

The rats, are going to jump ship. Romney has already takeing a dive. It was screw the poor, screw 47% of americans, now he wants to help 100% of americans. I wonder if the poor and the 47% is in his 100% or is it just 100% of the rich.

I like Ayn Rand. She was an anti-communist who believed in the free market. She believed that rational and productive people keep the economy and society from collapsing. What is the problem with that? You throw out a name that you think is going to strike fear in the heart in the majority of Topix readers who have no clue who Ayn Rand is? Ayn Rand was from Russia. Can you not understand her anti-communist views come from experience? So freaking what if Paul Ryan likes Ayn Rand. You worship at the altar of Obama. That is a much more disturbing thought than someone being an Ayn Rand fan.

Not sure where you are finding your data that Romney is taking a dive. September 11 was the peak of that post-convention bounce, with Obama up seven — but yesterday only had Obama up one point, 47/46 according to Gallup.
