It's all charity and donation funded. No one makes anyone give money or time.

Do you think donated money is not earned by people or is it just picked off a money tree in their backyards?

Did I say it was? Can you not read? No one makes anyone give money or time. What I do with my money is my business. If you have nothing to do with the organization, fund raising, or helping those in need, then you don't get much say in it. Bitch about something else, something that actually has a bearing on your life.

Chimes for charties helps chilen and families who are in need. Their need qualifications don't have to match up to yours. And as for Dots, they ony offer help to those who are helping themselves (i.e. those who have an actual job instead of living with relatives so they can live off welfare). Don't judge people for trying to be the good in the world just because you were turned down for being a lazy s.o.b.

If you're low enough to take from your children (getting refunds from gifts that were given to them), you don't deserve your children.

.
Thats hillarious .At my wife's work, an employee told her child which bicycle at Walmart to pick out during the charity Christmas shop so she could carry it back to get the most money for one item . This was a few years back . I think Walmart should set the event up so parents/spouses can't return items .

For Chimes, they do. They mark the items. But I don't recall the toy budget ever bring high enough for bikes, so if you're talking about a work Christmas party or family picnic (a lot of factories do them), then they usually could return them. But that's not a charity. And it was a pain in the ass for the service desk employees.
