Did anyone see the Winchester paper this morning. Mayor Yellowstache was asked about what a $3,0000 bill was for in his mayors court and he replys "no comment". I told you something was fishy. Thats what I call a guilty mind. That curtainly is not a normal response for that kind of question. Mayor Yellowstache did you need a crate of smokes or what??

The people in charge of creating the laws hold themselves above it. It has been that way since Jan 1, why should it change now?
