Do you know of any woods that allow people to hunt in them? I have been in mine for 3 days and nothing yet......

Why do they call it mushroom "hunting", that's not much of a "hunt" in my opinion. It's like saying your gonna go apple hunting when in reality you are just picking them off a tree.

Well, If you look at it like this....Apples are on a tree out in the open where all can see them.......Mushrooms are on the ground covered with all kinds of stuff so you have to hunt for them.....does that make any more since to you......I tried....lol

I always got a AK 47 and a Laws Rocket or 2 on me when I "forage" for the wild morel....y'know, for coyotes and such... or maybe in case I'd run across a huge yellow sponge that don't wanna come along peacefully. Yep, I reckon that qualifies as hunting. Might be a bit more interesting if the mushrooms were armed too, eh CoCo? You and Brutis like to split hairs over the language of such a benign subject. That's funny. Think about how silly that is next time you're "hunting" for your car keys , or a place to park. LOL!!!Gone 'shroomin'...

I usually just look for my car keys, sometimes I ask my wife to help me look for them too, same goes for the tv remote. I never hunted for it either.
