You know these people starting all this crap in fremont are planted here right? Yeah, they cause problems in Oaktown or Richmond so the "system" thinks moving them to another, cleaner town will change them. WRONG! You can take the person outta the ghetto.......but ya can't take the ghetto outta the person.

An Internet troll, or simply troll in Internet slang, is someone who intentionally posts controversial or contrary messages in an on-line community such as an on-line discussion forum or group with the intention of baiting users into an argumentative response.

The word likely gained currency because of its apt second meaning, drawn from the trolls portrayed in Scandinavian folklore and children's tales; they are often ugly, obnoxious creatures bent on mischief and wickedness.

I agree with White. Lets put up the parking lot shrine and don't forget the R.I.P. stickers on the back of the S.U.V. Face it, the majority of the crime in our area is because of African American or Latino populations. Yes, there's others too, but this is the majority. Look at the the Zoo incident, youth running wild and now they'll get compensated for millions because of their stupidy. We need programs in California to keep the youth off the street and programs to get them involved. We need stricter laws and the ability to utilze one strike laws for certain crimes.

Yes this man's life is a travesty, but tomorrow, next week or next month, who outside of the family will really care? Another shooting will occur, another Shrine will go up. But really, who's fault is it; The shooter, the environment, the community, the victim? I bet they'll even start the "JR Memorial Fund" so his family can have a liitle more money. Jeez, give me a break. You can change a person environment, but you can't change the person.

P.S. In case you were wondering...I'm brown.

I care even though I don't know JR and his family.
Just as God is a lover of justice (Psalms 37:28), I love justice too. It's a good feeling to have justice and I hope the family gets it. Of course, the fault lies with the shooter because he commited murder and he needs to be apprehended to be brought to justice so the surviving family members can get the justice they deserve for the death of JR.

All comments so far sound like men that are very capable of killing Blacks or Latinos because they are scum. Your killing thoughts are very much like the thought that went through the minds of the people you hate when they killed. What makes you any different.
