Sex offender accused of raping 2-year-old

A registered sex offender is being held on suspicion of rape after police said he sexually assaulted a 2-year-old girl in a Dollar Tree store on Decoto Road.

i cant believe that the public is not outraged that this could happen in a store that is so busy. this animal should never be free again.the brutality shows what our soiecty has become.i pray to god that this little girl will be all right,and her family .this should be all over the news so this will never happen again.child rapists should never be let out of prison . we need to throw them in with the general population let the other prisoners take care of them....there is a saying that all babies are angels may god be with her .

All Men sex offenders should have their genitals decapitated. Neighbors should be warned by sending mailers with pictures or posting photos of sex offenders in stores, gasoline stations, starbucks or places where people goes or hang out a lot. I feel so sorry for the kid and her family.

This is already going to be a travesty of justice. Why should this guy be allowed to live, if he's going to do that to children.. hell, she wasn't even a child yet.. a baby! It's too bad that the Constitution prevents cruel and unusual punishment, that's precisely what this guy should get.

If there's any solace to be taken from this at all, it's that she's so young that she may not remember it when she gets older (provided there are no physical consequences of this pig's action). How numerous and clear are your memories from when you were 2? I've got my fingers crossed for this little girl that he didn't leave any lasting physical or mental scars.

I agree if there were harsher punishment for this creeps they should be like. A bull if I am right and all should be cut off.so aleast they could not do it to another child. Or put to death. I am not talking about someone crying rape because they are mad at a person. But someone they know for sure like this little baby.it would cut down on these demons or wipe out the devil might make them think twice.

I do think they should be tortured also.let the parents decide.maybe burn his penis with cigarettes or use his penis as a diaper use baby pins to his diaper and pin it together. I know I sound evil but to hurt a baby like that is so evil all I can think of is that poor baby were was her parents did they miss her or have her in a buggy? I am from out of town so I do not know the whole story.
