Iowa mom repeatedly whacks intruder with toy bat

A woman surprised by a man in the front room of her home near Council Bluffs grabbed a plastic toy bat and hit him repeatedly until he ran out the front door.

This was a good outcome to a very dangerous situation. Good-thing mom has the instinct and the mut didn't lash-out more.

THE first line of defence is YOU. YOU need to plan for these possibilities and implement whatever strategies necessary for the world we live in today. 911 and cops are fine for what they can do, but when you need help now, they are minutes-away.
