So he murdered someone, was charged with capital felony and he was sentenced to 37 years? So if he behaved he would be in his 60's?Sounds like a far better deal then the victim/deceased received. Another fine sentence handed down by CT courts. It just goes to show if you murder someone in CT, you will still be given time to live a piece of your life in our community....and we wonder how the atrocities of New Britain and Cheshire happen? We have a Justice system that sends innocent citizens to slaughter by allowing these animals out. God bless these Officers who put up with this vile filth on a daily basis. CT Law Enforcers do a great job only to be symbolically sh+t on by the Representatives who allow offenders freedom and then push for softer management of them when they are finally incarcerated.CT needs life sentencing for violent and predatorial offenders. Until our state Reps take our safety seriously we will continue to see and feel the unecessary deaths and brutalization of community members and people we care about. Our State Reps and Judges need to be held accountable.
