Billy Joel sucks. It pains me that this is the best Long Island has to offer. And who appointed Billy Joel Long Island's de facto celebrity? Everywhere I look is his butt ugly face and lame piano solos. Beat it you drunk.

If he sucks, why did you take the time to look at the article and post in this thread?

Boy Kyonk, you sound like an angry young man, far from being an innocent man. BJ rocks. I couldn't think of a better way to say goodbye to big Shea. Bj will find a way to get us in a New York state of mind. Go get em William Martin Joel.

Well you ain't Black because You used at least one word that they've never even heard. So I guess what you are saying is that you don't like Billy Joels music. Eh? I'm sure that He can handle it.

Most people could not get ticket's to this event. So I think most don't even care. I tried to get ticket's for my family, it was near my wife's birthday. No chance. So we booked a cruise on the mediterranean for 11 days instead. Enjoy the concert.

He was excellent at Mohegan Sun. He is a top notch performer and a natural as a showman. The concerts will be amazing and I envy anyone who gets to go.

Miami 2017 would be the perfect song to play while Shea is ripped down

Newsday forgot to note that when The Who played Shea in 1982, The Clash opened for them, which was huge. Quite the double bill.

I was there! AWESOME SHOW! And having Billy Joel play there after The CLASH & The WHO, is like having Betty WHite follow up for JENNA JAMESON!
