My question is, why can only "indians" operate casinos and the rest of us can't? I was born in this country and state, that makes me a "native" amercian also! I thought all men were created equal under the constitution! Accordingly, I should also be able to open and run a tax exempt casino.

Where does all the money that the casinos supposedly pay to the towns? It doesnt go to the roads, education or to help the people in need, so exactly where does it go? I wonder........

I do agree with that point, but we should ALL be able to take advantage of federal policy as I am as much a native american as they are!
