The guy that is the suspect had just been paroled from prison and her husband hired him to work on the farm or something and the guy was supposted to kill her in the basement I think that is where she was found. but they didn't have the evidence to prove he did it..

An old lady who lives here told me they found her in the hot tub and a trail across the feilds to her son in laws farm where they found a bloody white t-shirt in a stock tank where the murderer washed up. There was an old guy from Colorado who worked for the Leighty's that ran back to Colorado after it happened because he didn't want to answer any questions about it. He wasn't old then, but he is now. She also said she knew who did it but wouldn't tell. Very interesting that they never forwarded the case to the KBI or at least that's what one of the sheriff candidates last year said in the paper. He said he'd reopen the case if he were elected to office. Maybe he should have been.

the only reason they need to "open the case back up" is because they DIDNT call the KBI first off. they went and screwed up the crime scene and then called the kbi, at least thats how I see it.

They are all suspected because the cops went into the crime scene and f*cked it up before they called the real cops in the KBI and that is why it was never solved, they screwed up the whole murder scene being jackasses

Just wondering was you there at the crime scene? What you there when she was killed? How would you know when they called the KBI? You still didn't answer my other question about how it happened? Oh, ya you can't cause you don't feaking know you just want to act like you know something.

I never said I know what happened. what I said was that all these different suspects remain suspects because our local cops screwed up the crime scene like a bunch of idiots. when they finished screwing up the crime scene they called the real cops in the KBI
