Our kids can't voluntarily pray in school, or even observe a moment of silence, but if you're an illegal immigrant, you're right to freedom of religion should be scrupulously observed. Go figure.

Dear "Fed Up", so it is ok for your kids to pray in school, but illegal immigrants should NOT have access to their priests? What kind of God do you worship...? Because I want to stay far away from your heaven!
My god believes we are all created in his likeness and image, including the legal and illegal immigrants. My God would like to be able to pray with both saints and sinners. My God is not an anti-immigrant bigot!

If illegal aliens are so "stressed" by incarceration that they need a spiritual advisor, perhaps they should simply take voluntary departure. Deportation's what virtually all of them will get eventually.

"Render unto Ceasar that which is Ceasar's and render unto God that which is God's". A command from our Savior to be observant of the law. People like me (and I assume Fed Up) are not anti-immigrant - most all of us are descendents of immigrants. Instead, we're anti illegal immigrant. I have an issue with someone whose first act in our country is to violate our law.

Fed Up doesn't sound like an anit-immigrant bigot, just someone that wants our school children to have the same access to God as these groups are advocating to the the "illegal" immigrants. Deal with that portion of the argument.
