Go back home to your Thomas Kinkade and stroke its pretty little shafts of light. You are bringing art down.
BTW, I teach Graffiti in my classroom, and it is recognized internationally as a legit, valid form of art. Unlike Art Lover, it has a history, a following, and a future. Better get used to it!
SamK, I implore you to research some of the history of graffiti to find out why people do it illegally on walls that are not their own. Doing your homework might turn on at least 2 light bulbs for you. One, you may realize that there is an incredible amount of amazing graff out there, and two, you might find out that those amazing graff artists have more than money in mind when they make their work.(This cannot be said for Art Lover and his Thomas Kinkades!)
You TEACH that s hi t? Get a job, fakwad!

I personally think that they should give people a place to express themselves. Graffiti IS an art, there is no doubt about that. But there is not enough canvas for all of the artists in the Humboldt County area. Its almost like taking 100 artists and giving then one piece of paper to do there art on. Eventually some of them are going to find somewhere else to do there art.Like any artist, they respect the art thats already been done and there not going to go over it. This is why people do graffiti throughout the town. I also think its rediculous that you people sit here and argue about the subject. Just give people a spot to do there art, and they will stop using your walls. Until then, nothing is going to change, and graffiti will be what it is, vandalism in the form of expression.

graffiti will never stop. No one told you to put that fat building in my view point. no one lives in the abandoned building, kids are on drugs, people are being killed and freezing on the streets. Kids hate school because they are like prisons and theyre parents don't care. Our prisons are full and our state is broke. And all you arrogant pricks who have not kept up with the evolution of our beautiful country, Graffiti is what it is and won't stop. Kids are DYING to EXPRESS THEMSELVES while your bosses build buildings which only stimulation geometrically is a fucking triangle or a square. YOUR A SQUARE! just because graffiti artists are way fucking more interesting than your boss or even you, or because they city is actually paying WAY MORE THAN THEY NEED TO FOR GRAFFITI because essentially your tax dollars are going towards shit that you don't even know!!!!!! Look at the real criminals. Yes, writing on private property is dumb...I've never wrote up on anyone's house or outer lying fence...But what is private to you? Some guy who owns a building, charges the tenants three times what he paid for it so he can sit in Nebraska and drink hot whisky cider while shooting turkeys. I am a angry citizen who believes in creativity and self expression. Your virtues and empathy has been stripped away and half of you might even be predjudice. YOU ARE ALL THE TYPE OF PEOPLE TO SHUT SOMETHING OUT JUST BECAUSE YOU DONT UNDERSTAND IT. Your blank ugly walls could be bright and beautiful with self expression, but you choose to ignore the potential of the youth. Rather than directing this pissed off or insecure 28 year old. Make him do productive shit with his art. Like rather than bombing someones property, have him and his friends do a mural over a wall that is covered with crappy looking tags. Also what you don't realizeis that by this dude getting busted....your not solving shit. Your making him more angry, less able to express himself, and most likely making him a martar among his peers. If he stops writing you have no idea what this kids life has been like. Maybe tagging got him off heroin and now he's back on the street. All I have to say is graffiti rules, it wont' stop, all you who hate it, suck it. Look at the big picture you fools, and get out of your old fashioned panties. This is 2013 suckas!!! and you care about some bulllshit graffiti....hahahha get your priorities straight america. I think you guys are funny. and stupid as hell. The last guy says, hell throw a rock at someone's head (MURDERER) and the woman before is like calling graffiti artists stupid even though she doesnt know what the hell she is talking about. Graffiti artists are insecure angry people wanting to be something in this meaningless society. As long as there is a struggle. We will still be bombing. 297

Oh yeah, and all you violent pricks who hold people up at gunpoint on your property and willl shoot at teenagers and people in there twenties....YOU ARE CRAZY! and your dogs bark because they are angry and they have to sit in your cold back yard....Your stupid dogs would way rather live with graffiti artists because we fucking rule and you still think your in 1884. RIP TIE . Rest in pieces to all the people who have been shot at, stabbed or had your head blown off by stupid 2nd amendment caressing fucks. NO ONE DESERVES TO DIE FOR WRITING ON YOUR HOUSE. GET THAT SHIT STR8 you TOTAL ****. HERE I WILL REITERATE. NO ONE DESERVES TO DIE FOR WRITING ON A WALL. PRIVATE PROPERTY OR NOT. NO ONE DESERVES TO BE HURT. I am down with that teacher from SF who teaches Graf in his classroom. Im not here to tell you if Graffiti is art or whatever. Thats not me to determine. GIVE A CHILD A CRAYON AND SEE WHERE THEY TAKE IT. We are naturally human, you are conditioned.

This is all nonsense. The only thing that is given to us that matters has been forgotten and lost and so we are tested by god, who oh so loves tests and tricks. He sayeth..behold I have set before your terrible hunger a great feast of honey and milk and rounds of bread yet know ye that thou are not to touch nor taste of it even the crumbs of that table as that shall be that geatest of sins for which there is no redemption and for which you shall forever endure the torment of the angels of the dark wing.
We here are giving up prayer and are venturing forth into drunkeness and stupourous abandon, where we seek momentary relief from the realization of the emptiness.
