The term worm refers to an obsolete taxon (vermes) used by Carolus Linnaeus and Jean-Baptiste Lamarck for all non-arthropod invertebrate animals, and stems from the Old English word wyrm.

Currently it is used to describe many different distantly related animals that typically have a long cylindrical tube-like body and no legs.

Most animals called "worms" are invertebrates, but the term is also used for the amphibian caecilians and the slow worm Anguis, a legless burrowing lizard. Invertebrate animals commonly called "worms" include annelids (earthworms), nematodes (roundworms), platyhelminthes (flatworms), marine polychaete worms (bristle worms), marine nemertean worms ("bootlace worms"), marine Chaetognatha (arrow worms), priapulid worms, and insect larvae such as caterpillars, grubs, and maggots.

Historical English-speaking cultures have used the (now deprecated) terms worm, Wurm, or wyrm to describe carnivorous reptiles ("serpents"), and the related mythical beasts dragons.

The term worm can also be used as an insult or pejorative term used towards people to describe a cowardly or weak individual or individual seen as pitiable.

You're forgetting their bourbon, Abraham Lincoln and Hunter S. Thompson.

I think Hunter S. Thompson would be honored to be forgotten.

And yet, probably the least forgettable of the three.

But that does not gives you any permanent hold, every now and then, people break free and take revenge for what was done.

That sumps up more than 3500 years history of Jews as a race.

There are no demons, no souls, no heaven, no flying angels, no hell, no G-d and no judgement (rewards or punishments). Everything in life happens by human effort.

THE IDEA OF A NOBLEST SOUL IS HUMBUG

Muhammad was the Noblest Soul, say the Muslims. The Jews would say Moses was the Noblest Soul. The Christians would say Jesus was the Noblest Soul. The Buddhists would say Buddha was the Noblest Soul. The Hindus would name either Rama, Vivekananda, Aurobindo, Krishna or Kabir as the Noblest Soul. The humanists would say Mahatma Gandhi was the Noblest Soul. The rationalists would say Max Planck was the Noblest Soul.

Each of the above-named personality had his fair share of defects and good points with some of the names listed above being more inclined towards perversity than towards benevolence and wisdom.

Depending on one's conditioning any one of the above names or some other name could rank as the Noblest Soul in one's subjective opinion which counts for little.

However, it may be definitively said that among the names given above in terms of real positive contributions to world knowledge Max Planck provided a grateful humanity with notable insights into some of the most fundamental laws of the universe, while the Buddha's illumined moral code based on universal non-discrimination, universal non-violence, universal peace and universal compassion are admirable.

On the other hand, the prophets of religions have set a very dangerous example by preaching irrational nonsense and of providing a vicious example of murder, uncalled for interference in human affairs, intolerance and discrimination.

Religion is fast being extinguished everywhere in the world as more people are becoming aware of its brainwashing techniques, pseudoscience and hatred.

Glad to know that evidence-based and reason-based atheism is the fastest growing phenomenon in the world.

Within half a century or so religion will be relegated to the most obscure corners of the world where brainless fanatics, who, by then, will constitute a minority of the world's population, can still worship their mythical God and hallucinate about heaven, hell and coming of a future messiah.

HEINRICH HIMMLER INFLUENCED BY JESUS

Heinrich Himmler was born in a conservative Catholic family.

His hatred of the Jews could have stemmed from religious teachings - in the NT, Jesus, the so-called prince of peace, mercilessly abused and cursed the Jews calling them vipers and Satan's spawn among choice expletives.

Later, the Christians demonized the Jews calling them Christ killers which led to genocides committed against the Jews in Europe.

Himmler was thus only faithfully carrying forward the Christian tradition of hating/killing Jews.

Who's to blame for beginning this madness? Jesus!

HEALING

Heightened brain EM activity in the yogi radiates out of his brain-body system and sets right any imbalance in the EM field of the diseased person. This is the mechanism behind the yogic method of healing.

JESUS & MOSES

Jesus prayed for the Jews while he hung on the cross, since, like many criminals, who, when they recognize that their end is near, turn over a new leaf.

Similarly, Jesus regretted his previous mistake of cursing, abusing and threatening all those who did not accept his mumbo jumbo teachings and so he tried to make amends by praying for the Jews who he'd earlier deeply offended.

Not a big deal at all.

Did that other rat, the monstrous Moses (who pretended to be a saint) apologize for any of his misdeeds that stretched a mile long? No.

Here lies the major difference between 2 deluded lunatics - Jesus and Moses - with Jesus doing the job of apologizing towards the end, while Moses remained unapologetic.

In scripture, the unrepentant lunatics were Moses, Krishna and Muhammad whose perverse teachings and savage life deeds read like the shocking lines from a history book narrating the crimes of a mass murdering warlord like Chengiz Khan, while sweet Buddha had no reason to apologize for any crime committed against humanity since he was so humane.

Frijoles----I believe you totally misread my comments

HughBe---- As I understand it almost all of your problems come from your habit of believing/FAITH with little or no THINKING. In other words, you are too much into FAITH systems and no thinking.

Frijoles----Would you be prefer that Blacks and Whites still be prevented from marrying? But be able to engage in civil unions?

HughBe--- Let me first quote my original repose and then explain it to you.

" I see no problem with it and so YES."
" The women would still get the benefit of the BAMBOO and nothing could change the love and affection that exist in the unions. I truly would have no problem with it."

Explanation: I have no objection to your proposal. How would the lack of right to marry take away from their love and care of each other?

Tell me, do you think it is NASTINESS and PERVERSION for a BLACK to marry a WHITE?

Frijoles---Thats the parallel.

HughBe----It is a parallel only to PERVERTS. In the world of NORMAL people there is NOTHING nasty and unclean for a black to have sexual relationship with a white.

Indeed, even nature teaches you and other perverts that the opposite sex of the same species copulates and so there is nothing UNNATURAL about black and white relationships. On the other hand it is UNNATURAL and UNCLEAN for men to be playing in the faeces of other men via their dicks or the unthinkable their TONGUES.

Frijoles---Its a question of equality - and if you read the court decision - its just as much about financial equality as social equality

HughBe---- Deal with the financial inequalities but do not call GAY-AGE marriage.

Let me ask you this AGAIN. Do you think that the courts in the 18th century and the 19 th century had a TRUE and better understanding of the constitution that the courts 200+ years later?

Do you HONESTLY believe that they would have made the proclamation in question?

When did homosexuality start in America? Can homosexuality be linked to any particular group?

So you are denying that the Federal Courts are following the Constitution? Thats the WEAKEST of all positions.
I am making no such denial.

My OPINION as expressed before is that the FEDERAL COURTS 200 years ago would have had a DIFFERENT interpretation and would have NEVER made any such proclamation. Prove me wrong.

Hint: Part of my THINKING is that the COURTS back then had SUPERIOR knowledge and understanding of the constitution and its intentions. Why? My believe is that lawyers and judges had a major input into the framing of the constitution and so they KNEW both the contents and the INTENTIONS.

However, I gather that you feel that the US Constitution was framed by: bankers, engineers, farmers, doctors, accountants and politicians with the exclusion of the LEGAL fraternity?

Observation, you could be right but I would be surprised if that was the case. Here in our tree-dwelling nations OUR lawyers were at the FOREFRONT of our Constitution and I can tell you that those so involved UNDERSTOOD it better than the current crop. My position is LOGICAL.
