Well, this sounds like Smith County. Keep the low life prisoners healthy so they can continue to be released and commit another crime and go back to jail and at least they won't be spreading the germs to the other inmates to spread. BS!!! Next thing they will be lining up the illegals to get their shots before the citizens of Smith county. This just beats all I have ever seen.

I'd prefer they all rot in jail, but the premise is to give them shots so they don't spread the virus and cost taxpayers more money to treat them. Remember, if any of these lowlifes need medical attention in jail, we have to pay for it.
