Is anyone else tired of getting summoned for jury duty, then sitting in the jury room for two hours just to get sent home. I get a jury summons about every 6 monthsl I'm self employed and this costs me money. Seems they could call half the number of people and get the juries filled. And they need to quit sending summons to people who can't be on juries because they wrote a hot check ten years ago. Don't they have some kind of criminal records data base they can check,

I wouldn't mind actually being on a jury every few years. But they won't put me on one because I am too educated, white, conservative-looking, or something.
