Savannah mayor seeks public's help after shootings
#1 Jan 25, 2013
Ms. Edna expects the citizens of Savannah to help with crime, and yet the City/Mayor does not listen to the citizens and continues to let Cheif Lovett get away with not doing his job. The city cares about tourist and will not do anything until people stop visiting Savannah because of the violence and fear of sending their children her for college. Only if this happens we will see changes in the crime rate.

I am rethinking my child being there at this time. Until the students are allowed to carry weapons this may be a deal breaker for our family. You are right in thinking parents have lots of choices for Georgia schools when it compares to Savannah's schools.
