That's unbelievable. I am training for my first 10K which is 6.2 miles. I can't imagine running the equivalent of about 15 of 'em in a row.

That's insane. I can't imagine the damage done to this guy's knees after something like that ...and on trails?
Forget about it.
It's cool he's into CrossFit though - CrossFit rocks!

You left about four hours ago and Pops and I have been exercising our fingers (crossing them for you) and our brains (sending out good thoughts). That is about all we can manage...but we will also be holding our breaths for 30 or so hours.
