I will be coming in tomorrow (june 22) from South of Duluth on Highway 53 in Wisconsin. I want to get to highway 61 in Minnesota to travel to the Canadian border. Do I have access is there a detour?

Monday June 25 will be using hwy 53 from Wis. heading west on 53 is it open to traffic???
