Solon-based dentist makes plea agreement in misuse case

On Oct. 7, 2013, Ohio State Board of Pharmacy Executive Director Kyle Parker announced that Dr. Fred S. Glick, 55, has entered into a plea agreement with the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office for his misuse of the Ohio Automated Rx Reporting System.

"A great accomplishment". Seriously? Seems that this actually would have a chilling effect on any doctor contemplating using the system to prevent "doctor shopping" etc. and creates instead a whole new class of "victims" for attorney's to exploit. Hmmm, I think I just heard the sound of insurance premiums going even higher.
