Good Grief!! That SOB hasn't been executed yet? What a crappy inefficient Justice System we have. Since the USA already has more lawyers than all the rest of the world put together, maybe they should string court cases out so they can all make their $300 per hour, or whatever obscene amount it is these days. How much has it cost the taxpayers to support that SOB in jail for the past couple years? How much more is it going to cost, with lawyers' fees et al? ad infinitum?
What has he been eating in prison all this time, 3 times a day? Does he like the food (while out-of-work families are going hungry)? Does he have a color TV in his cell, with cable? Does he have a telephone in his cell? Does he get to work out in the gym? Is he warm enough during this snow storm weather, while many taxpayers shiver? Will he be sentenced to death another 2 years from now?
We have to take our time. We wouldn't wany all those foreign countries to not admire the US Justice System. Let's haggle in court about moving the "trial" somewhere else. That ought to make a lot of extra lawyer money at taxpayer expense. How much is his BOND? A couple million dollars? If he were a millionaire, would he be out on the streets? While a poor person would have to stay in jail? Let the world know, our legal system is FAIR.

This guy will end up sitting in prison for the next 50 years even IF he does get the death penalty.

I say keep the trial where the crime took place. If you do not want your "peers" judging you, don't commit the crime.

Yeah but it was only a cop he killed, not a real person. Give him a medal and a box of bullets.
