Weekends, people are putting out there junk. It looks horrible! Does'nt anyone care? Nobody gets fined. So, they just continue to make the neighborhood look like a junk yard. Like, Hello Twin Rivers!!!! Your neighborhood looks HORRIBLE!!!!
