Arraignment for slaying suspect put off for a day so he can get an attorney

Every court date they got, we're going to be there. A Tuesday arraignment hearing for Beau Michael Ordonez, 27, a suspect accused in the recent killing of an Atwater man, was postponed until 3 p.m. today. via Merced Sun-Star.com

Although I do not know all of the facts or all of the sides in this case I have known Beau for many years and could not see him even hurting a fly. He is the most kind, generous, and decent guy that I know and I have to believe that he was set up in some way or did not have nearly as much to do with this horrible crime as trying to be conveyed. Especially if an inmate has hard time, like life. He has nothing to lose. If the Government does not start making these crimes automatically death penalty eligible then Corrections Officers will never be safe from violent assaults. Prisons have cameras and thousands of snitch witnesses. They know who killed this Officer. The horrible fact is that Correction Officers risk their lives not only for the public but for inmates as well and this is how their repaid. Inmates are scum of the earth. I have never seen Beau hurt or even be mean to another soul. I trust hin with me and my childrens lives for a long time. He was framed. This is crazy, he has had no luck with his attorney having a stroke. The other guy has a LIFESAVER as an attorney.

Beau, unfortunately, is an idiot. He murdered someone, but isnt a murderer. He is just a plain simpleton who has zero ability to reflect or simply think. Everything was fun and nothing mattered.
