Young lady looking for birth sister- Please read

I'm trying to help a young lady locate her biological half sister. I babysat the girls when they were about 1 1/2 and 3. I was 14 and very fond of them. After I had baby sat them a little more than a year, my family moved away (in 1991). When I returned as an adult I found out their mother had given the oldest child (Becky) to her father or his family and adopted out the younger child. Becky's last name at birth was Peck. I don't know if it was changed later, and there is a possibility she's married now as she would be in her 20's.
Kendra, the younger sister now looking for Becky, has nothing to do with the birth mother. When she got older she found out the reason her mother had given them up is because she was ashamed that they were biracial. The only info I have is her father's family lived in or near the Waugh Alabama area. His last name was possibly Davis or Hill. So, Becky may have went by Davis Hill or Peck.
She was biracial. Her father and his family are black. Her mother was a white woman from Kentucky. If you know or think you know this young lady, please let her know that her younger sister (Kendra) has been looking for her for years.
Here's the link to her sister's post. Please help this really breaks my heart for these sweet little girls.
