Why is it that always men seem to go for blondes only ? I'm a brunette I know that I'm not very sexy, but men often comment that I'm a beauty, but if I'm in a room with blondes men will go for them and not even look at me, that is why I prefer to meet with people of the arts, music etc they don't look at the hair they are more interested in culture and education.

Marilyn Monroe wouldn't have been popular as a sex symbol if not for bleaching her hair. Face it, blonde looks more feminine (if done right and not trailer park trash style). I have naturally dark hair I bleach and I got noticed only when I went platinum. It made more of a statement. Dark hair shows grey, too, so it's nice to grow older and not have to worry about people noticing hair aging.

hello couldnt agree more , i was bleach blonde 2 weeks ago and just dyed it dark brown now, wow the diffrence is amazing before i stood out for the white bimbo hair colour bit now i stand out for my face, my eyes look better my hair is healthy again and its growing , i feel natural again go brunettes look at angelina jolie for christ sakes wow best looking women onthe face of the earth

Ummm, that girl is from the UK, and she didn't say that MM was the 'most beautiful woman'. She said SEX SYMBOL. Don't be putting down America just because of that one comment. Chill out. I love Sophia Loren and have seen all of her movies! She is an amazing actress and woman. I've also seen all of MM's movies too. Both are very lovely women. I don't think bashing America like that is going to solve anything.

To be honest there are hot looking women with all types of hair color, but if you were to take the same women and ask me what hair color I prefer I would totally have to say blondes and redheads. Perhaphs its because my hair color is dark and opposited attract.

Heya, I'm not a dude... but I do have blonde hair, I always have had, I used to be a tom boy and would have not been caught dead in a skirt, now days I'm more girlie, I'm friends with a lot of guys, but I think it depends more on the person than what they look like. I think the one thing that puts guys off is how fake you are and the way you act around them, not you hair colour.

If you are a happy, confident and intelligent person, then it does not matter what color your hair is. You will attract wonderful people. So be happy and open. I have black hair and I have had boyfriends of all colors and shapes and personalities, but they have all been wonderful people. I am attracted to dark exotic men, yet my husband truly resembles a Viking. He is the most beautiful man (in every way) and I do not care what he looks like. He is absolutely awesome. I was bleach blonde for 16 years until I decided to turn over to the dark side ;). I LOVED the change and still do. People use to tell me I was a gorgeous blonde, but the guys just started comin around when I was brunette. Some actually came right up to me and said, "I'm sorry but you are just SO hott." I was like "wowww thank you?" idk. Sometiems I miss my pretty blonde hair... but let's face it..change is good. AND...dark hair looks killer good with blue eyes ;)
