Is it closed for the winter or will it be open for the sledders?

So what is the deal? A lot of us head up to Cranberry for sledding trips. So if there is no place to stop in and eat or to get gas we won't be heading there. What about renting rooms? Can't believe the owners would just close it. Makes no sense!

Unsure why the owner closed it for winter this year... but if you think the lodge is the ONLY place to eat or stay in the area than apparently you need to get out and ride more.

Thanks for the advice but I know the area VERY well. I just kinda liked the Lodge. Decent rooms at an affordable price. Stayed there this summer while boating on the lake. Actually The Pine Cone is under new ownership and has a couple rooms to rent now! So now Cranberry has no fuel at all! Gotta head to Star Lake for that or you can make your way over to The Cedar Lodge where they now have 91 octane ethanol-free unleaded! Learn anything yet smart ass?!!!!!

Cranberry Stone Manor ALSO has rooms, and even better food! and they aren't complete d*cks like Scott that owns the lodge. As a matter of FACT.... the owners of Stone Manor are also the same couple that own the Pinecone in Wanakena! WAY better option than the lodge.(The lodge microwaved their fish, among MANY other things... did ya know that? Bet ya didn't. Then they'd charge 15 bucks for it.(yeah that's GREAT let me tell ya!!) I know ALOT more of this area than you, since I am born and RAISED here. So the question becomes.... did YOU learn anything yet?

Yep, I knew the Stone Manor owners now own he Pine Cone. Which is by the way is THE best food on the lake. Twin Lakes in Star Lake also has outstanding food. Renada does a great job there. Stone Manor to me is nothing more than local diner. Nothing all that great to see there. Just your basic breakfast joint. By the way, while we're having this nice conversation it seems to me that I know you from somewhere. Oh, I know. You're that cum stain I saw on the wall in Ralphie's bathroom a few years back. Buhahahaha!!!!! ROOKIE!!!!

A few years back? Lol Raphies hasn't been an operating establishment for far more than a few years. Besides... you couldnt say the word "F*ck" in there, let alone actually f*ck in there. So I'm pretty sure the only cum stain you would have seen in the bathroom was the one you saw died up on your chin when you looked in the mirror.

My guess is that you are one of those fags from Wanakeena? The place is crawling with them. I can see you now. Right down on your knees in the center of the gazebo on your knees with your jaw dropped. Just gotta be the center of attention, don't ya? WEIRDO!!!!

^While your comment is slightly humorous, you couldn't be further from right. Not from "Wanakena", and I've never been the one on my knees. But... as for you, if you truly are from Potsdam as your location indicates.... that would make you one of those "flat landers". How'd you get that nickname? Was it from laying flat on your stomach, with your ass up? or laying flat on your back, knees to your chin... so you could make eye contact with your boyfriend when he's going balls deep, in your dirt star?

Don't worry about gas, there has been sledders up this area for years before this, just cause some ass wants to close the lodge doesn't mean there is nothing here any more. The stone manor and the Pine cone and windfall house are still operating, serving wonderful food in ALL PLACES!! You could stop at Stone Manor for breakfast OR LUNCH, Pine cone for lunch or dinner, or Windfall for dinner as well. Quit being so negative, there is no reason for it. Just bring some extra gas with you, wouldn't kill ya. There are rooms at Stone Manor and Pine Cone as well.
