Segregation is normal human behavior. We put like things together it is called order.
To treat everyone fairly is called justice. We all discriminate according to our subjective likes and dislikes. It is why we have choice.
The problem of racism has not been resolved just pushed under the carpet. I would suspect it is more a cultural difference than skin color difference.
