Why did the officer follow her out & try to arrest her? She was leaving. So what if things got a little heated, and she slung a door open on her way out, so what if she said a few slurs. When I was growing up a lot of parents would have gotten tased for slurs. In my opinion this officer abused his authority, I mean if she was wielding a weapon I'd say take her out, but she was on the way out!!!!!

There are a lot of problems with this story. First, if she would have conducted herself like as adult and dealt with the situation like a rational adult this would have never happened. Since she decided against the rational approach the rent-a-cop was probably mad and was going to get the best of her. It is all messed up that's for sure.

now we know why the kid acts the way it does. the mother and child was both surspened from school. you cant throw stuff and scream a someone to get you way. you better stop when a officer tells you to. the women said stop dint mean shitttt to her. i bet she stop next time. the cop is a real cop that was doing his job. remember the school shoot they started in this way some one mad at a teacher or child. if the woman was in your house raiseing hell you would take action. the woman told the real officer he was not going to do nothing and could stick his cuffs up his azz.

There are a lot of good, caring teachers/principals in our schools. Then there are some who are burned out and don't care anymore. I've been the student of an arrogant, egotistical teacher. I've also dealt with a few teachers through my own children that probably picked the wrong career. When it comes to our children we as parents are protectors, I don't know the whole story since the media always leaves out the details, we don't know what transpired in that office behind closed doors between the parent & the principal. I do believe you should conduct yourself in a respectable manner, but I also know when it comes to your children and the school system has them for 7 hours a day, well things can happen that as a parent your not aware of until the situation is already out of control & then you get a call to come to the school... I could see a parents frustration & agitation about discipline for a problem that the parent should already be aware of. Especially if who they were dealing with was pompous, arrogant, condescending or egotistical. Some people abuse there power and don't do enough to help the kids but are quick to hand out punishments instead of doing something more effective. What good is suspension anyway? Send the child home for 3 days so u can get zeroes for grades & that will contribute to the failing of a child so they can look at them another year. Then the fact if ur kid is bullied and one day defends themselves they will get suspended to, because of a zero tolerance policy, but if your child doesn't defend themselves it never stops because the teachers turn the other way. I could make a lot of scenarios that would leave a bad taste in ur mouth, the fact is we don't know exactly what happened, but I could see where there could be an incident to make a most Christian parent act in an ungodly way. She was leaving, the cop shouldn't have came up & got in the middle of a heated conversation when she was leaving, & he didn't know the facts. The situation was already being diffused because she was leaving. I don't believe anyone called for backup, the cop just stumbled on it and asserted his authority on her with no questions asked.

she decided to leave when the officer placed her under arrest. no one new the womans intent. so if the officer would had put hands on the woman then that would have been a hole new case of worms. so instead of beating the woman that was resisting he tazed her. no matter what happens the officer is going to be wrong in the public eyes. until your put in the officers shoes it easy to say what you would have done. at leased you know that the officer will protect that school and what ever in it. if it had been a six foot tall man no one would have herd about it . in this case it was a man vs woman. that what wrong with the world today. thank god that it was not a black woman. then it would have been a color thing. remember women do wrong to.

The cop in this matter is really cool and a nice, soft spoken down to earth kinda guy. The woman in this case needs to quit coming to school and acting a fool. This wasn't her first time to pull a stunt like this. Her kid got ISS and she thought a screaming cursing fit which she did partly over the intercom would help. Sounds like her mom was a bum and we are having to deal with the effects. I have personally heard the story from people there and would have tazed her too.

These cops love their tasers, they act like children with a new toy. Sorry, its no secret, I hate cops, have no respect for them, wish there were an open season on them as far as im concerned. And no, I have never been arrested or in trouble, Im just tired of seeing and hearing about all their abuse and them getting away with it. Todays cop, tomorrows nazi. They are scumbags, filth of the earth, wife beaters, cheaters, abusers of power. Remember when you were in elementary school and the teacher left the room, there was always one child there who took names and told on ppl, well, these are kids that become cops. I hate em, each and everyone of them. I laugh when I see on the news when one gets hurt, how he all of a sudden is a hero, how dangerous his job is, and how we all should be so thankful to them. Sorry, no can do.

I would hate to deal with parents. They act worse than the kids...especially the adults on the check who hang out all day doing nothing but causing trouble.

Still gets down to this and someway, somebody has to teach these stupid good for nothing a$$holes that,,,, and listen close to this....

A TASER GUN CAN ONLY BE USED IF YOUR LIFE IS IN DANGER. IT IS AN ALTERNATIVE TO A GUN. YOU USE IT JUST BEFORE PULLING A GUN AND SHOOTING SOMEONE.

DO you understand it now COPPOS??? You let the woman go, get a warrant for her arrest and then go to her house and get her. You need training you ignorant bastard. You are not THE law, you know nothing about LAW, you are a stupid redneck, you are an idiot, you need your ass fired. You cannot, LOOK. READ DUFUS. CANNOT use a taser as a disipline tool. Obey the law yourself. Got it now??? ONLY IF YOUR LIFE IS IN DANGER!!!!!!Get another job you ignorant SOB!!

Yet another ignorant a$$hole in the crowd. Are we a country of laws or do we just say kick her ass, tase her, she deserves it. Suppose you are on the other end of the stick with a crazy ass cop and the crowd as well as him thinks you deserve it.

You keep that attitude and soon when you are late for work they will stick one up your ass. I'm like that guy who ask if she was married... LA DEEE DA his ass!!

Most the people are just as stupid as he is.
If the woman was unruly first try to deal with her instead of argue. Explain to her she will be arrested if not here somewhere else and try to WORK IT OUT. What your hurry? girlfirend calling, need some more crack to smoke? Take your time big boy. Tasing someone is painfull and you are not on duty to teach a lesson you are a cop. You abide by the law and YOU BROKE IT. I hope you read this or maybe get someone to read it for you. Park your taser gun for when someone is trying to kill you. That is it's purpose. Not teaching people a lesson.

Sue his sorry ass and the town and teach them a lesson.

What can I say??? You idiot! Maybe if she didn't have a gun in the car she could go home and get one and come back and kill everybody in sight. Or she could drive her car into the building, Or she could do alot of things that your pea brain can come up with. I don't think she was a killer, just upset. It's called dealing with a situation. She was not drunk. If I had been there she would have left peaceable but I am not an idiot.

When an officer tells you that your under arrest, if you do not comply, they have the legal right necessary to effect an arrest! A taser is a controlling tool that can be used in place of physical force. It can be used on a suspect for fleeing or resisting arrest. Study up on your law and force continuum. Bob Jackson doesn't know what he is talking about.

People like you are the reason they are like they are. Tasers have turned out to be a deadly weapon but were originally designed to be used by cops as an alternative to using a gun.

Cops all think they are the law and think they are lawyers too. They are almost as low classed as lawyers so I guess they can make up a few laws.

They made up their own law on when to use them. PISSED off is a law, I'm a bad ass cop is another. There are several more.

Shoot us a copy of that law in Mississppi attorney man.
