The struggle is not about race it is about giving individuals the tools to use their inspiration.
MS has tied itself up in its beliefs rather than explore outside the traditional box. You can not expect people to be educated if they have to live by laws made for tradition rather than for improving the quality of life that each individual pursues.

Playing the race card gets old but few in MS have the intelligence to see they are being manipulated. What the state needs is freedom from taking federal money with the strings attached. How about holding people responsible for their own survival/ You will se many self educate and bring their own prosperity. The planation owner just might lose his slaves.
