Tuolumne County has a case of the blue-bag blues. Its free blue-bag recycling program, which began with optimism more than 12 years ago, has proven itself a flop.

If the rates are increased for trash pick up we would cancel our service and take our trash to the dump.
3 times I have gone to the county dump with trash and paid the normal fee and given a receipt for a lessor amount. Some senior discount.
