How do you "protect children from themselves" by giving them felony convictions and labeling them as sexual deviants for the rest of their life?

Heck, you used to find pictures of girls in training bras in any Sears catalog you cared to look at.

This prosecutor apparently hates the idea that these kids don't meet *his* standards for behavior and probably is appalled at the idea that they might be aware of themselves as sexually attractive at that age.

I'll further wager when this prosecutor was their age, he'd have done almost anything for a glimpse of *&^ and the idea of seeing a girl in her bra would have sent him into near orgasmic spasms of delight...does that not make him a sexual predator?

Best he relocate to Iran where girls are kept "safe" from such evils by wearing a chador and kept away from men.

In Pennsylvania one of our state reps is trying to get a bill passed that makes it a misdemeanor for 13 to 17 y.o.s It is a step in the right direction.

Funny thing: When I was 16 I lost my virginity to my girl friend. That was legal!!! I could have sex with a minor (I was a minor too), but if I gave her a nude photo, I would be a child porn felon??? Our laws need to be changed.
