I have to say being a black male in this country that most, not all of white people are racist. Everyday I fight the urge to hate whites even though 80 percent of my friends are white.

By the way, do you have ANY idea who won the presidential election? In case you you do not, his name is Barack Obama. In case you did not know it, he is black. In case you did not know it, the entire black population of the United States of America is approximately only 13%. It must have been millions of YOUR "friends" that voted for him :)

I am white and I see lots of racism from both sides, I see black coworkers pull the race card out to get out of trouble or to seek a promotion and do it openly...thats not right...I see white coworkers make racist comments and cover it with as being only a joke...there is wrong on both sides of any racism....

All White people may not be racist; however, they do not protest or rebuke others in their group that are. In fact most Whites will cling tight to racist Whites in workplace and will not make waves when they see those in leadership positions make employment decision based on racial discrimination.

Get a freakin job and do for yourselves, your problems are not everyones. Blacks are the worst raceists though, they think that all other races ae against them and keeping them down, they are their own worst enemies.
