This place is not good. If I could take back the day I took my car there for an oil change I would. They claimed a saftey check was done, but my plug was not put back in and all my oil leaked out! This ruined my engine and the owners are refusing to have my car repair at Nissan so I could keep my warranty. Please do not waste your time or money only to lose your car.

I've heard that about those places before. Most often, they strip the oil plug out and the oil runs out slowly over a period or time. Some cars have a low oil light. You should keep an eye on the oil if it doesn't. If you suspect the oil plug is stripped, spots on your driveway, it can be fixed before any damage is done.
I think the reason this happens is because those places hire incompetent people (or people who have a grudge against your social class-you drive a better car than they).
Once word gets around, these places close down mysteriously. You have to realize that some people can't do anything right. Good luck.
