This story don't make sense, what was she doing walking on chamberlyn avenue anyway?, Did he show a badge? Was he driving an unmarked vehicle? Did he show any ID? Why would a police officer pick up anybody walking on chamberlyn ave anyway? This sounds like her word verse his, it just don't make sense...

I wonder will they let him go as well just like the other guy who impersonated a cop and kidnapped a woman and had everyone from his kindergarten teacher to his former baby-sitter testify for him until the Henrico prosecutor felt sorry for him. Do your job Henrico, and put criminals behind bars and stop letting a certain "privileged" few get off.

I agree with Ian regarding the other case. Why go through a trial with a credible witness just to turn around and let him go. Thank you for wasting my tax dollars. In this case it does sound a little fishy regarding the details of the attack but is unacceptable in any case for a woman to be victimized. Anyone that uses the power behind the name of law enforcement for anything criminal should be prosecuted to the fullest.
