Thanks... did not realize there is two crossing near the NE area. Which is(was) the most used crossing?

Not sure as I frequent the area but don't live there yet. I suppose it depends from which direction you are driving as to which crossing would be. That is if I was traveling S on 19 I'd use St G first as I would come to it first. Now if the population is greater N of St G, then I suppose St G's crossing would be used the most (just an assumption on my part)

Close both Gertudis and Palo Parado NOW! The vehicles are a MAJOR source of pollution to the River.

My next email is to the EPA and Sierra Club.

Why is Rio Rico exempt from recycling and sensible environmental laws??

Just trying to put myself into the folks shoes on the east side of the river...But if those crossings were closed... considering the volume of vehicle traffic that now has to cross... traveling down to the Rio Rico bridge and back up would add 30 min of driving AIR POLLUTION...No?
Not to mention that volume added to Pendleton were school buses have to travel, children have to safety wait and disembark from a school bus ever school day, etc.
Seems like a bridge at one of those crossings is part of a solution.
