The younger new GOBs are knocking the canes out from under the older GOBs. The younger GOBs want a business to buy that so they can take derivatives out on the mortgage.

The purpose is to use the town's SBA monopoly to do an ARM that will fail because it's an ARM. The SBA bank declares them all due early whether there's been missed payments or not. Because they need to cash in on the derivatives. The holder of derivatives gets $$$ if the loan fails.

Just a more sneaky version of the same ol'.

well the Buckhorn was demolished today.

Amazing what my action my bogus inquires from "USA today" can do considering it was reported in last weeks rag that the demolition was delayed until some new budget numbers could be had. You would think the city clerk would be on to my little public service scam after the 3rd street gas station fiasco also pushed ahead by that infamous investigative reporter who telephone ALWAYS goes to void-mail(sic).

so when will Jim and Bettie get the bill? and how much will they be asking for that historic vacant lot?

well I have to eat some humble pie here..seems that the buckhorn collapsed on it's own ( likey with a little help from folks trying to remove "valuables") You can see from the shot in the hearald how close that lace was to a total implosion..couldn't have gt me to walk the sidewalk near there.

wonder who would have been held responsible if there was a death. NOBODY should be entering a condemned building for any reason.

Since t or c had to settle with deb for 80k..no doubt they may be a little more cautious in their dealings..since they know everybody is watching and lining up for their own slice of pie.

..the amount of time put into the actions and being arrested...you settled for far less then I as a juror might have wanted to award you ( like 5x that amount)

It's finally time to start cleaning up Sierra County: there can be no new growth and prosperity without a concerted effort to end the costly and self-serving impositions of corrupt officials who constantly claim to be working in the best interests of the people... while costing them more and more money.

So, would that mean the north exit of I-25, or the south exit?

One way this community would be better is if Ronn Fenn would leave it.

I know. The Kennel Boy really throws softballs sometimes, doesn't he, RudeDude? Ray Charles could hit that one out of the park.

Wrong. The City paid for removing the Buckhorn. They used taxpayer dollars. Once again, the Good Ol Boys got free services at your expense, just like they don't pay property taxes, utilities, impact fees and you have to pay more because they don't pay their fair share.

And the Spoilt Bra2 got the money for doing the demo.

And the cost was used to artificially inflate the value of the blighted area so that the City can claim higher property values and take out more loans. They are already at more than 50% debt to income ratio and more than 4% debt to assets ratio.

They did it because the City Attorney is across the street and told them he knew of a way to make it legal. He doesn't. As usual he lied for self-serving reasons. The City Attorney, by law, should not be a practicing attorney too, but he is. Although his LLC is for a soccer team, not law.

His clients are big city bullies. Those of his clients that might have a semblence of conscience can't see the blight that the City Attorney's power mad advice has caused us.

Now the blight is hidden, riding on the backs of the impoverished, on the side streets where the children are.

Remember Truckstopper Throckmorton's false arrest and beating? She was in jail for weeks without even a toothbrush on false charges. The impoverished citizens are too frightened of false arrest to use their First and Fourteenth Amendment rights to demand a stop to the corruption.

Wrong again with your assumption of my identity. But can you play "Lady of Spain" on that accordion? An unintended musical instrument analogy, huh?

They've gone through the "complaint process" for years. Sid got Packard special treatment, and the city won't touch the issue - saying it's private property.

At least there was enough stink raised about it with all the trailers and vehicles parked there (a true eyesore, alright), they moved them.

That whole Main Street area is a T or C eyesore. Looks cheap, mostly closed up, and very uninviting.
