It'll go like all the other poorly planned non-profits in T or C. Look at Bountiful Alliance...then to see the government gave them a grant to do it with...friends giving friends paychecks for? And where's all those chefs they said they were going to educate down at the newly built kitchen (paid for by the government)?
Previous post has a point. Non-profits serve their organization's members. What's Audette's organization, and yeah, we know 2me is a member.
Then there's the Sierra County Economic Development Organization, an NPO that spends $6,000 per month on mystery expenses.

SCEDO's minutes show a complaint by the Ex. Dir. that they are inappropriately spending grant money meant to fund development.

The USDA gave them a grant to fund a business incubator. After that complaint, after the expose that an MOU gives bankrupt Floridian developers unlimited access to all local bank and city information on the citizens, and after the SCEDO Ex. Dir. also became a City Commissioner, one wonders how they could exist for so long as an NPO.

The SCEDO members do nothing except parcel out ideas to each other for big money opportunities that never "trickle down" to the citizens of the county.

SCEDO is supposed to support infrastructure development, such as a proposed mass transit system. Instead their members, and former members, show envy and spite, agitating for false complaints. They work directly against the needs of the community.

Perhaps the faction that thinks SCEDO should be disbanded is correct.

However, this isn't about the planners of any NPO, since apparently even poorly planned NPOs serve functions and meet expectations sufficiently for an extended time.

This is about those who have a toxic perspective on solar-powered vehicles.

From Director to Mayor? Clear conflict of interest, then using the director position for personal gain.

Disbanding SCEDO would resolve that direct conflict, but leaves the indirect conflict of interest that he got elected using SCEDO.

Baby birds do that too--sit around and crank until someone gives them what they want. Difference is, you're supposed to be an adult.(If you are not an adult, then does your Mommie know that you are posting on this site?) So, grow up and go to the appropriate websites or offices to find what you demand.

Additionally, pretending to be an enforcement agent is a crime. Particularly while repeating only lies from malicious illegal drug traders as your "probable cause".

You are damaging reputations left and right, including your own. You look like you're a part of a conspiracy to perpetuate the illegal drug trade coming out of Mexico. Your unbalanced attitude is not helping your credibility any, either.

"For the record", you can repeat rumors 'til you are blue in the face, and that just makes you a Blue-Faced-Liar. Blue Man, if you lie about so many things, why should one believe that you have "lived here 9 years"? Since you are so adamant about posting things, post your proof of residency.

Let's try and focus here brilliantly stupid. Like the illegal radio station a couple of years ago, vthis solar bus probably would not be argued about if the organizers of this enterprise would go through the legal steps that all the other business that carry paying passengers. There is the prc permits, dot requirements, insurance, local licensing permits.

Have you even applied for any of these minimal requirements. Or did you just labelled it a NPO.

A lot of this forum is made oe the same comments From the real estate developers, local businesses and so on. Everything from illegal mines, non complying newspapers, new buildings, well in short every businessman here is on the take.

And we are going to start a business built on all the shit that you yelled about? WOW?

Get the proper permits, insurance, licensing, and a proper business address, something different than fluffy the dogs tax preparation headquarters, and you may be surprised.

Myself I cannot wait to walk my pet desert turtle across the street in the properly marked crosswalk.

You seem to have missed the question: which came first, the desert turtle or the egg, Promethius.

We could go around about this forever, with you looking worse every time, Promethius.

So, here's a question for you:
Why should a private educational vehicle be forced to become a commercial vehicle that carries passengers for compensation on state and federal roads? Your Promethian effort to create false complaints by cranking about imaginary issues, to harrass the organizers, are simply not realistic.

You need to get those spots on your face looked at. The hole in the ozone reaches all the way here, now, and exposing those spots to the sun may cause them to become malignant.

It appears that the organizers are pleased that a bus system is so in demand, according to their facebook page ( facebook.com/SolarBuzz1 ). That is the goal, after all. However, the industry standard is that making a bus system takes 5 years to get there from here. So your premature demand that the organizers jump the gun by 2 years is rather along the lines of fabled villians that always lose in the end. Eg--Wiley E. Coyote, Looney Tunes.

So much crap is thrown from that thing that you call a mouth that you are beginning to smell like, well you know. I can not even imagine who would give a rats ass which came first in your fairy tale story.

Looney Tunes? I do not see them much, I think like everything else that gets old, they go off and die or just fade away.

Do the right thing, pay for the permits, the only education that this slow contraption could even entertain is how to further cheat the taxpayer by raising taxes on the working, something you know nothing about, to support your stupidity.

Headquartered where, ha ha, give us a freaking break. That place should have a condemned notice put on it. Again, just some rat hole that is probably a tax evasion scheme.

Now there is a question for you! Read your hype and then answer this question for us.

If you just are not plain stupid, why do you present yourself as such?

I know, you are just an ignorant ass in training.

So you're all vitriolic because you're thinking that this particular vehicle is going to "raise taxes"?!? Wow, did you ever learn your knee-jerk rhetoric at HSHS like a good little robot!

Put some numbers into the boxes. I know, it's scary, you'll have to think, but you could do it if you try: http://www.cfte.org/critics/what.asp#11

Bus systems in general lower taxes and raise taxable revenue. The Buzz is solar-powered, so additionally to not burning $12 per mile on fossil fuel, the Buzz doesn't pollute and it doesn't stink and doesn't cause cancer or diabetes.

Being good for the environment while tripling taxable revenues is not "raising taxes". Taxes are only a small part of taxable revenues. The revenues left over after taxes include everyone's favorite subject: profits.

No fuel costs means lower expenses. Lower expenses for operations means higher profits. Additionally there are lower health costs to people who don't have to breathe the traffic fumes. Therefore the consumer has more money from not buying fossil fuels and from not having to buy so much health care. That is not "raising taxes", that is empowering the wage earner.

Fossil Fuels stopped being cost effective at 40 cents per gallon, yet there is quite a bit of that being burned right under your nose, at 10 times the cost. That's like burning a Picasso for heat. And a third of the price of fossil fuel is in taxes. So if you don't buy fossil fuel, then you're not paying taxes. But you do burn it, and you burn it every day. So are you really interested in lowering taxes or just cranking?

This is obvious stuff, yet you never even got close to doing anything but a knee-jerk robo-thought: it'll raise taxes.

Another reason that the Buzz can't raise taxes: The NPO is not associated with governing bodies.

Only governing bodies can raise taxes, and they aren't supposed to do that unless the voter approves it. Here they don't put tax increases to referendum and just pass the tax increase because of the apathy. Even though it's a violation of your rights, you let them do it, so shut up and pay the taxes.

So, slow down, be happy, get more money and enjoy life...by using solar pv vehicles.
