Thanks. As you can see what I said was "started 70 businesses with grants". That is clearly is not the same as the racketeer hmmm's "businesses created by Kim".

NOw, returning to the issues after the haters went on a wild goose chase...

"another" made a very clear discovery that you ignored, or is it avoided: Did anybody really know who People For Aerospace was in T or C during the Snowport space job they did on the town?

Answer: a bank account at State National Bank owned by two signatures, Jerry Stagner and Gary Whitehead"

Excellent investigation, another!

The mailed CD was a profiling masterpiece, featuring all the good old boys in sepia, blathering sappy cliche's that would appeal to anyone on oxygen.

The problem is that the rest of us have to breathe the real air, full of pollution that goes straight to the brain and causes lesions.

"Speakingwhite" also made a valuable contribution: "Speaking of Whitehead, I was in condsideration for a Committee he chaired and during the interview he said, "If you're going to be on this Committee, you're going to have to tone down your passion for wanting to change things". I removed myself from further consideration on "his" committee (which was clear it would be run his way - the old way - the T or C way - owned by a few"

Whitehead is in this for his own benefit and nobody else's. He will let others benefit only if he gets to be the puppeteer.

Or you seriously that dense? Delusional?Drunk?

You typed "THE 70 BUSINESSES THAT I STARTED...snip"

You were called on it and have since turned back peddling into an olympic sport.

No wonder you lose in court and yeah, I can completely see you wasting the time of city employees.

You tossing a hissy fit is not worth out tax dollars. Period.

I actually haven't dealt with the Whitehead's but I have zero problem with people.... oh I don't know.... CONTRIBUTING TO THIS COMMUNITY
Ring any bells Kim?

Yeah, I didn't think it would.

Aside from those 70 businesses you set up, of course.

70 businesses, of which she can name not one. Why hasn't someone got out the big net by now and caught this looney toon and put her in the proverbial padded cell?

Which seventy businesses did she help start? All I hear in her answers is her typical backstepping.

What? Started or helped start a business. Did she ever clean up that trash heap she run her tax preparation place from?

Where? In Elephant Butte where she says she works or in T or C where she says she resides?

A new popular game is now available on interactive DVD. The game is just like Monopoly, only it's got no morals.

In the game, the players get 3 houses to start.

In the first level, they make as much money as possible.

In the second level they have to make the other players believe inflated values in order to swindle all the other players out of their land and money.

The new game is called "TorC Ponzi", now available at the downtown gift stores.

Maybe this is one of the business's you "created"? You claim to create and develop business's in T or C and yet you tear down any business that give back to the community. Still waiting for name of just 1 of the 70 businesses you created.

Ask me in a real forum. This is a hate site and you are a racketeer posting under a psuedonym. So this is a site where I make fun of you and your witlessness.

Kim is still nuts. A whacked out Looney Tune who desperately needs mental help.

I don't need to look in the mirror today either (whatever the hell that means). I already know I'm damn good looking!

Your sense of humor is only exceeded by the size of your hemarrhoids. Ruffini is still a non-resident, and Greg Steal is still into RCPUDs. Ask him how he plans to create good jobs servicing PUDs

So now you're inspecting other men's hemorrhoids? You are one sick little bitch.

Look, tell the authorities where you're hiding out and have them come get you. Maybe they'll lock you away in a nice place where you can talk to someone about all the stupid insane things you're doing and why everyone hates your guts.

Awww did I hurt your feelin's? Boo Hoo

Hemarrhoid discussion is, of course, every racist's most painful topic. If they'd get out and about, they wouldn't have hemarrhoids.

However, your lack of exercise is not nearly as interesting as pulling Greg Neal's PUD. Which is what he expects all T or C residents to do.

Is now a bad time to point out that you said you set up 70 businesses?

If so, I do apologize. My mother raised me better than that.

and what do you have against PUDs? They give the city more control than a commercial zone.

Theoretically the concept of a planned unit development is a good idea, but unfortunately the "idea" is not regulated. Therefore the city does not have the control that you are trying to claim it does.

In fact, planned unit developments are riskier than gambling. Gambling, and any other risky venture, is improper for a city government. It's simply another contrived ponzi scheme, whitewashed as an economic "bubble".

Everyone who buys a lot in a PUD is liable for the whole debt that the entire PUD carries.(Which debt includes the developer's toys, lavish lifestyle, and Floridian bankruptcies) The businesses in the commercial or industrial portion have to be successful or the whole thing collapses.

In other words, a PUD that is funded by unregulated banking practices is a lot like a cult...remember Jamestown? Waco? Yeah, let's not pull some developer's pud for him. Make him pull his own pud.

If anyone whines about citation, I'm going to again ask who broke yer fingers that you're too lazy to google the terms.

ha! alway making these wild assumptions and wild interpretations, these non sequiturs, and expecting people to be able to look them up, when it's in your head.
Comparing a PUD to Jamestown. Right.
You are offended and self righteous about EVERYTHING. You have become an autocrat in your own mind.

The fun thing about posting on hate sites is how the haters hear my words with their voices and their attitude while they read them. And their lips move. You go right ahead and pull Greg Steal's pud for him if you want. Thanks to you and your hate postings, the people of T or C have decided to start a free alternative press: Stumblewire.com . Because we sure can't get news from the newspapers.

Your need to continue the fantasy that these Florida developers are anything other than bankrupt scammers is rather telling. Everywhere else, they are seen for what they are, and their retaliatory litigation is dismissed and they must pay $3.5 million into as a bankruptcy bond. http://dockets.justia.com/docket/florida/flmd...
But here in the magic bubble of T or C, yikes and Gary Powderhead treat them like gods and enforce it on the internet such as through fake websites and this topix site.
