A 31-year-old man was arrested near Arrey on Thursday on a federal warrant charging him with obscene material/child pornography, according to a news release from U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Clearly the guy needs to be in custody but there is something wrong with this incident. Was the avoidance of eye contact before or after he was stopped? If it was after, what gave the BP officer reason to run his tags in the first place?
