I felt terrible reading this story ,having lost dogs over the years I know how these creatures touch the hearts of their owners,I truly hope that by some miracle Dugan will be brought home!! The sea is a wonderous entity, and many have been claimed and saved by Her grace!! Please remember the times of comfort and joy you both shared!!!!And remember that dog spelled backwards is God!! Many Blessings!!
