Individual citizens have the right to religious liberty, not corporations like hospitals. the rape victims who have the misfortune to end up in Catholic hospital emergency rooms have a right to medically appropriate preventative care that is legal in the U.S. such as Plan B, without having that right restricted by the religious views of whomever runs the hospital they're at.
