I saw this as I was walking my dog. 7 police cars careening through side streets at 100mph to catch three criminals who stole a package worth $159.00. I'm glad they caught them, but how much is a human life worth if they had an accident or struck a pedestrian? Do we really need a high speed pursuit through town streets over a package theft?

I am a proud owner of a playstation IV. I do all my holiday shopping this way.
