Before you can put people back to work jobs must be created first....

And why does Walmart need to pay their people more??? How much should they pay people to say "welcome to Walmart", stock shelves and swipe a product on a scanner???? If Walmart workers are unhappy with their job, I suggest finding a new one...

Do what everyone else is starting to do/..Take a clue from the Drug Dealers..Sell only for cash/off the books/Buy only for the books..Hire only cash employees/off the books...Let them Tax the thin air..
