this guy should have taken a polygraph from the beginning of the investigation. answering direct questions to the specific charges would probably have ended this whole fiasco.

Administrative leave WITH pay gimme a fookin break!! If this guy was suspected of doing these crimes prior to his becoming an officer why was he hired.? I think it was a cop who told me that if you aren't doing anything wrong there is no reason to be picked up. Obviously this guy must have been doing something or there would not have been a warrant.

dear "family" if you know the barones personally then you know the ex-gfriend
and her sis. ask yourself this question. why would these girls Lie and put themselves and there parents through this ordeal for the sake of discrediting this guy. the reality is it hurt them more to come forward with this than just keeping mum about it.

I have noticed the accused has mentioned taking a polygraph test in 2008 when he got on the force and cleared the sexual deviation questions, why doesn't he simply take another poly to answer the specific charges.

What goes around, comes round....while members of this family tended to look down their noses at people and situations they knew nothing about, it has turned back on them....people who live in glass houses should never throw stones. I wonder if they have now leared that.

I agree about spitting in the wind but parents shouldn't be held accountable for the actions of there adult children. friends of the barones should just keep quiet and not respond to the bad comments it only fuels the fire.

so based on your comments he's guilty but he's going to get away with it for lack of evidence? you sound like a bigger degenerate than the accused. I hope your sterile because it would be frightening for you to procreate.

I couldn't agree with you more. no matter what the outcome of this case will be this cop should find a new line of work. Even if he's not convicted of any of the major charges, 8 counts of breach of peace and taking the pictures showed poor action and moral judgment on his part.

Well, they're always the first to TELL you that you can trust them. And you and the school system teach your kids the same thing. Then, when adults, they'll discover differently.

RC priests only come in second because there are fewer of them.

Are you paraphrasing a Jackson Five lyric... or something else?

In the last few decades, not a ONE of 'em that I've had the necessity to communicate with, or have observed, has evidenced anything other than an apparently academy-learned "I'm a cop, and you're not - you got a PROBLEM with that?"-type attitude; save one. At the time, she was as badly behaved as all the others but, to her credit, did (uncomfortably) apologize after her parents enlightened her (I knew them even before they were married)- while I was visiting them and she stopped in.
