The mayor said that the conference was to help improve Bridgeport's reputation.
Well, THAT had to take some doing considering that the cause of the city's bad reputation is still there! So to me that was a waste of $6000.
I would understand it if Finch turned the city around and it prospered. Maybe even cut the crime and homeless rate in half! THEN he could present his accomplishmets at the conference so that other city officials may learn something from him but Bridgeport's reputation has not changed! You still have the bad apples in the bunch and it's disturbing reputation is still there.
