146,000 United Illuminating Customers Still Without Power; No Timeline Issued

The United Illuminating Co., which saw 194,000 of its customers knocked off the grid at the height of Hurricane Sandy, was still working to restore power to 146,000 of them on Tuesday night.

no my team the kc chiefs were not playing but they stink AGAIN this year..........gonna be ANOTHER long football season for me.

They are the best. I got them for Christmas last year, kind of a gag gift, best gift ever! Also what came in handy was all the crank stuff-lanterns, flashlight and radio. Thank goodness I have a son who into gadgets.
