She chose to take cocain and heroin and over dosing is a possibility. They shouldn't be charged with manslaughter. They didn't put the needle to her arm!

This will stop people bringing people to the hospital when they OD.They might have supplied her but she took it willingly and unless they confess to supplying it how are they going to prove it..she can't testify !

What are you NOT supposed to bring your dying friend to the hospital? This is WHY more people die of overdoses, people are too afraid of legal trouble to bring people to get help.

This is RIDICULOUS.

So what are they saying? They caused her to OD? They made her take the drugs right? Sad but hey, ultimately, she chose to do the drugs and lost her own life!!

Why don't you people stop judging when you don't even know the story!! They dumped her at the hospital and took off..instead of calling 911 when it was happening!!! She didn't chose to die..sometimes people make mistakes!! These two a**holes should be in jail for a lot longer than what there probably going to get!

True - it will.

First off no one was there except for the three of them.... It's a shame this girl died but you know what she choose to be there... .. 2nd one of the two suspects is more at fault than the other he was her boyfriend and he stuck the needle in her arm... he should be held with no bail... and final this is a sad story that happen to a fellow peer her poor parents had to bury her.. no parent should ever have to do that.

everyone makes mistakes...Ashley did, and so did those guys. But those guys decided to take their time and try to cover their asses, when they should've brought her to the hospital. They should be responsible for their delayed reactions.

Lots of people have themselves shot up by a friend or a boyfriend. He would have missed the vein if she had been struggling. Clearly it was her choice to use.

There are other facts in this case that are not in this article about who injected Ashley. I know for a fact it was NOT her choice to use Dirt Bags! You don't know Ashley so keep your fat mouth shut, YESSS. Loser!

Don't stoop down to the level of all these other people who don't know the true story.... just let Ashley rest in peace,God will take care of the rest...

Based on what was said in this article, it doesn't make sense that they were charged with manslaughter. No one is required to take anyone to the hospital.

And now, thanks to this, we can be certain that many people won't be taking over dosing people to the hospital.
