Keep WAL-MART out of Seymour...How about a craft store like a Michaels...There are no such stores that I am aware of....and with Target in Ansonia now...that is close by for people to shop at..

What about a kohls or a planet fitness gym?

A gym would be nice. The nearest one is the little dinky Planet Fitness in Shelton.

Theres a gym at the Old Klarides shopping store in Seymour

A Wal-Mart would be ideal in that place. It would also bring in some more businesses to the smaller shops in the plaza... not to mention jobs.
