How he spent it??!!! How about investigating who from the state of Ct. gave a convicted felon $80,000.00 to begin with! Should lead to exposing where 20% went right off the top. I don't want my taxes paying for that and I want a representative to represent me for that. Taxation without representation is all you get out of this state.
